Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information WellQuest handles and why. It is a working draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

Information we collect

Your account email and name, and the content you choose to create: goals, action items, journal entries, vision-board images, bookmarks and AI companion conversations.

How we use it

Only to provide the service to you. Your private content is not sold, not used for advertising, and not sent to analytics services. When you use the AI companion, only the messages in that conversation are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply.

Who can see your content

Your journals, goals, vision board and conversations are accessible only to your account. Administrators manage public wellness resources and do not browse private content.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account from Settings. This removes your profile, all of your content and your uploaded files.
